Road Ripper Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Go Off Road, every Road Ripper is delivered Fully Built and PDI’d (Pre-Delivery Inspection) by our certified technicians. We do not ship “bikes in a box”—your vehicle arrives ready to ride.

• Dispatch Time: Orders for the Road Ripper typically require a 24-48 hour workshop period for assembly.
• Delivery Method: We use an in-house “Man & Van” service to ensure safe transport. Our driver will contact you with a specific time window.
• Identity Verification: Upon delivery of your Road Ripper, the person who placed the order MUST be present with a valid Photo ID and the card used for payment.
• Finance Orders: If you purchased via finance, an official document matching the name and address on the agreement is required at the point of handover.

Road Ripper Registration Information

Please note that while the Road Ripper is fully road-legal in terms of its specifications, it is supplied with the necessary paperwork for you to register it with the DVLA. We provide the “Nova” status and certificate of conformity, allowing you to become the first registered keeper on the V5C logbook.
