Due to the high-capacity 72V lithium battery found in the Electro & Co ETM, shipping is handled via specialized hazmat-certified couriers.

• Mainland UK: Standard delivery within 5-7 working days.
• Tracking: You will receive a tracking link from our logistics partner as soon as the bike leaves our Barnsley warehouse.
• Return to Base: Please note our standard warranty requires a return-to-base approach for mechanical repairs.
